Shipping and Return policies

Shipping

Most orders will ship via USPS priority mail within 10 days after the order has been placed and credit card transactions have processed. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email in advance. We offer regular Priority Shipping and Priority Shipping with Signature required.

NFA-Regulated Items

Suppressors must be shipped to a properly licensed FFL with a Special Occupational Tax (SOT) holder. The suppressor will remain with the receiving FFL/SOT until approval is granted, Customers are responsible for selecting an eligible FFL/SOT prior to checkout.

Shipping of suppressors occurs only after all required paperwork is complete. ATF approval timelines are controlled by the ATF and are outside of our control. 

If you place an order for a suppressor or firearm, we will need copies of the valid FFL & SOT for the receiving licensee. Orders will not be processed until we have received those. If after 5 business days we have not received the transferring licensee’s information or a communication from you indicating that you are working on getting it, we may cancel and refund your order.

We will not ship silencers to states that have banned possession of them, even to Law enforcement or agencies that are exempted. These states include, but are not limited to California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island. 

Reticent MFG is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local Post Office for any delivery issues/questions.

Export Restrictions

Our products are subject to U.S. export control laws. Products may not be shipped or resold outside the United States without proper authorization under ITAR or EAR regulations.

By purchasing from us, you represent that you are not subject to any U.S. sanctions and will not export or transfer our products in violation of applicable laws.

Refund Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Please inspect the product upon delivery. The product must be returned in an unaltered and unused state.

Orders that have no defects are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee covers our time and credit card fees associated with the original sale.

Please email us for any returns/refunds. Please include the order number, name, and address.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel your order if we have not shipped the product. If you changed your mind about the product after shipping, we will issue a refund for the cost of the product minus all shipping fees. *The product MUST be in an unaltered and unused state*
